Order processing

We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery times

• Within Oman: 2 to 5 business days.
• GCC countries: 4 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We sometimes offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email or SMS.

Delays

Some shipments may be delayed due to weather, carrier volume or public holidays. We'll always keep you informed.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

Return period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

• The product is in its original condition and packaging.
• It is unused and unopened.
• It comes with proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used products, including personal care products once opened (for your safety and others').
• Discounted or promotional items, unless defective.

Damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll fix it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll let you know. If approved, the refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
